چکیده
This study aims to investigate CYP2C19 gene polymorphisms and the association between with cardiovascular risk factors major adverse events (MACE) in patients acute myocardial infarction (AMI). A prospective cross-sectional analysis involved 86 AMI enrolled assessed MACE evaluated after three months of treatment. CYP2C19*1*1 genotype accounted for highest prevalence at 54.7%, which means normal metabolizers phenotype was highest. The circumflex artery stenting, medical history taking clopidogrel, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), hypertension polymorphism significantly higher than those without polymorphism, 35.9 vs. 10.6, 46.2 14.9,10.3 vs., 9.49 74.5, respectively (p<0.05). In polymorphisms, using a combination clopidogrel aspirin regimen had 13.6% mortality, while ticagrelor 0% (p>0.05). relationship treatment not associated. is associated hypertension, PCI, stenting injury. established who require testing this when suffering from have medicine adaptation method. متن کاملThe streptokinase therapy complications and its associated risk factors in patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction
Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is one of the main leading causes of mortality and morbidity. Despite the progress in the treatment of AMI, streptokinase is still being used in many countries. Because of the critical condition of patients with AMI and complications of streptokinase therapy, this study was performed to evaluate the pattern of adverse drug reaction (ADRs) induced by streptokina...

متن کاملFactors associated with prehospital delay in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Introduction: Treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is time related, so delay in treatment could affect prognosis. Recognizing pre-hospital or in-hospital delays in initiating treatment and reducing these factors is very efficacious in treatment of these patients. Methods: A cross sectional study was carried out on 227 patients with acute myocardial infarction. Demographi...
